- A contract, liability insurance and backup gear. If something fails at 4pm, that is their problem to solve, not yours.
- Directed coverage. You can ask for specific shots, in a specific order, and get them.

Four angles instead of two, mics on all of them, and a vertical cut. If you are choosing between two guest-camera kits, this is the one with more of everything except turnaround.
When you want the raw files bundled
Everything guests shot is included rather than sold separately, the film comes back a week sooner, and you can back out inside seven days of booking. Two cameras is enough for a small room.

What is LuvFilm's iPhone Film?
A QR code your guests scan to upload phone footage, which LuvFilm edits into a two to five minute film for $597. No equipment ships. Recorderly's equivalent is the $395 editing-only package, which accepts files from any phone or camera rather than a single upload flow.
Do either of them include the raw footage?
LuvFilm includes it. Recorderly sells it as a $195 add-on that arrives as a 1TB drive in the mail with the edited film and every original clip sorted by camera, rather than a download link that expires.
Which has better audio?
Recorderly, and it is not close. Every Recorderly camera ships with a free wireless clip-on mic. LuvFilm's Sony camcorders record on their onboard mics, so speech audio depends on where the guest holding the camera happens to be standing.
Do wedding videographers really cost $6,000?

Can guest cameras cover a bachelorette weekend?
Yes. LuvFilm sells a $299 weekend add-on to extend an existing booking. Recorderly does not extend a kit across two events, but our standard kits are priced by camera count rather than by hours, so a three-day weekend costs the same as a two-hour party.
